I am an academic consultant with the intention of improving your application and providing recommendations to increase your overall chance of being accepted at a Physician Assistant program. I cannot guarantee final application and interview results as these decisions are made by non-affiliate parties.
By purchasing my services, you agree to the terms of this agreement:
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon signing for the service and is valid for one application cycle. Fees are not negotiable.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made at my discretion. Refunds will not be made for services already rendered or for unused services. Failure to keep in contact is not grounds for a refund and will result in termination of services.
SCHEDULING
Scheduling is based on availability, and I will try my best to accommodate each client. All services are offered via email, phone/text, and zoom. All consultations are between the client and me.
CANCELLATION
Please provide a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If it is less than 24 hours, I will try my best to reschedule, however there is no guarantee, and this could result in loss of service.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All verbal communication, written work, demographics, and supplied information will be held in privacy and not shared with any third parties. In the unlikely event of a cyber-attack or stolen information from a breach of internet security, I cannot be held responsible. The student is not allowed to record services or use information provided to distribute to other parties.
ETHICS
You will receive detailed instructions to improve your candidacy. I am not responsible for completing your application or ultimately writing your whole personal and supplemental essays.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
I reserve the right to terminate an agreement for any reason and will refund the payment only if no services were rendered.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The advice provided by me is the intellectual property of Bill A the PA, S-corp. I will not be accountable or liable for any financial loss, injury, or damages of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential, or other) which arise as a result of use (or inability to use) this website or the information provided during the services rendered.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT
The client agrees to not disparage negative statements, reviews, or comments via email, text, speech, or electronic social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yelp, etc.) with the intent to harm, whether purposeful or not, the reputation of Bill A the PA, S-Corp or William Arend, PA-C.
ARBITRATION
